Some of the most memorable performers from Alexandra Palace are set to light up the World Cup of Darts in Frankfurt, with Paul Lim, Masumi Sakai, Kai Fan Leung, and Nitin Kumar among the non-seeded teams taking part. The tournament, which will be broadcast live on Sky Sports from June 11-14, features a host of players who have delighted crowds at the PDC World Championship over the years.
Singapore's Paul Lim, famous for hitting the first nine-dart finish in World Championship history back in 1990, will represent his nation alongside Harith Lim. Japan's Masumi Sakai, who reached the third round at Ally Pally in 2024, teams up with Tomoya Goto. Hong Kong's Kai Fan Leung, a quarter-finalist at the 2023 World Championship, partners with Lok Yin Lee. India's Nitin Kumar, who made his Ally Pally debut in 2025, joins forces with Prakash Jiwa.
The top four seeded teams are England, Scotland, Wales, and the Netherlands, but the presence of these Ally Pally heroes ensures plenty of crowd-pleasing moments. Fans can catch all the action live on Sky Sports as the World Cup of Darts returns to Frankfurt for the first time since 2023.
