Sunday 13 September will see the afternoon session from 12:00 BST host the Last 16, followed by the evening session from 18:00 BST featuring the quarter-finals, semi-finals, and final. The format for the first three rounds and quarter-finals is best of 11 legs, first to 6; the semi-finals are best of 13 legs, first to 7; and the final is best of 15 legs, first to 8. The draw will be confirmed usually on the Thursday before the event starts at around 12 BST/1 CET, and the schedule will be confirmed after the draw is set, albeit it tends to follow the same format throughout each event.

Historically, the Flanders Darts Trophy was introduced to the tour back in 2024, with Dave Chisnall winning the first, defeating Ricardo Pietreczko 8-6 in the final. The second went the way of Luke Littler in 2025, who beat Josh Rock 8-7 in the final. Antwerp saw Littler win last year.
