Dirk van Duijvenbode produced a stunning victory over Luke Humphries at the World Series of Darts Finals in Amsterdam on Saturday, and he had very special company on stage to celebrate. The Dutchman brought his three-year-old son Levi along to mark the 10-9 win over the former world champion at AFAS Live.
Throughout the tense match, it was clear Van Duijvenbode enjoyed having his family close. The "Aubergenius" regularly glanced over with a smile to the players' box, where his wife Saskia and son Levi followed the action from close range.
After the decisive double 16, Levi was allowed onto the stage himself. It gave Van Duijvenbode's impressive comeback in Amsterdam a warm family finish.
