Luke Littler made his return to the oche after his shock defeat in the World Grand Prix, but his comeback ended in unexpected disappointment as he was beaten by Cam Crabtree in the semi-finals of the World Youth Championship.
The teenage sensation, who had been tipped for success, saw his run halted by Crabtree, who produced a standout performance to deny Littler a place in the final.
Littler's return came after his surprising exit at the World Grand Prix, and while he showed glimpses of his usual form, it was Crabtree who advanced.
Fans can watch the Grand Slam of Darts live on Sky Sports from November 14.
