Mensur Suljovic has been referred to the Darts Regulation Authority following his incitement of jeers against Ross Smith during their clash at the Swiss Darts Trophy, and over alleged sexist comments made in an interview about the incident.
The Austrian has issued an apology for his actions.
The Darts Regulation Authority will now investigate the matter.
